Namaste, and Welcome

Food Hall at Palladium, a mega venture by Big Bazaar and Pantaloons stole my photos and used them in their shop as a hoarding. Check out the whole story on my facebook page. Am pushing this one to the end for a recognition of my work and proper compensation for the theft.

Hi,
Can you please tell were I can find the Dip Canapes in US.
Usha
I tried making the same stuff mentioned …but the canapes went soggy with 5 minutes….is there anything else that you do to prvent them from being soggy
Monali, I pressure cooked the potatoes. But I notice that here I had mentioned ‘boil’. I have updated that now. My chutneys were pretty thick. Could it be that yours was thin? Another thing you can do is mix the potato with the chutneys and then use it. Don’t press much. Since I have moved from this stage to using home made thing and vegan cooking, I am afraid I don’t buy these anymore. But they did not turn soggy.
